WELDING WORK INSTRUCTIONS
A great part of my previous employment was writing work instructions. After I retired I had the time to workup the following template in my own copy of Excel. Please feel free to download the pdf file.
The sheet tells the operator what tools are needed, what his/her welding settings are to be and how long it should take. An additional panel can be added to show weld pass placement. This is a large file that contains 1300 pages. Click on this link and (SAVE TARGET AS) to download.
